John 19:12-16
English Standard Version
12 From then on (A)Pilate sought to release him, but the Jews cried out, “If you release this man, you are not Caesar's friend. (B)Everyone who makes himself a king opposes Caesar.” 13 So when Pilate heard these words, he brought Jesus out and sat down on (C)the judgment seat at a place called The Stone Pavement, and in Aramaic[a] Gabbatha. 14 Now it was (D)the day of Preparation of the Passover. It was about the sixth hour.[b] He said to the Jews, (E)“Behold your King!” 15 They cried out, (F)“Away with him, away with him, crucify him!” Pilate said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar.” 16 (G)So he (H)delivered him over to them to be crucified.

12 From that moment on, Pilate wanted to release Jesus.
However, the Jewish leaders cried out, saying, “If you release this man, you aren’t a friend of the emperor! Anyone who makes himself out to be a king opposes the emperor!”
13 When Pilate heard these words, he led Jesus out and seated him on the judge’s bench at the place called Stone Pavement (in Aramaic, Gabbatha). 14 It was about noon on the Preparation Day for the Passover. Pilate said to the Jewish leaders, “Here’s your king.”
15 The Jewish leaders cried out, “Take him away! Take him away! Crucify him!”
Pilate responded, “What? Do you want me to crucify your king?”
“We have no king except the emperor,” the chief priests answered. 16 Then Pilate handed Jesus over to be crucified.
Crucifixion
The soldiers took Jesus prisoner.
