John 17:14-26

^14 (A)I have given them your word, and ^(B)the world has hated them ^(C)because they are not of the world, ^(D)just as I am not of the world. ¹⁵ I ^(E)do not ask that you ^(F)take them out of the world, but that you ^(G)keep them from ^(H)the evil one.^{[a] 16 (I)}They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. ^17 (J)Sanctify them^[b] in the truth; ^(K)your word is truth. ^18 (L)As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. ¹⁹ And ^(M)for their sake ^(N)I consecrate myself,^[c] that they also ^(O)may be sanctified^[d] in truth.

²⁰ “I do not ^(P)ask for these only, but also for those ^(Q)who will believe in me through their word, ^21 (R)that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that ^(S)they also may be in ^(T)us, so that the world ^(U)may believe that you have sent me. ^22 (V)The glory that you have given me ^(W)I have given to them, ^(X)that they may be one even as we are one, ^23 (Y)I in them and you in me, ^(Z)that they may become perfectly one, ^(AA)so that the world may know that you sent me and ^(AB)loved them even as ^(AC)you loved me. ²⁴ Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be ^(AD)with me ^(AE)where I am, ^(AF)to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me ^(AG)before the foundation of the world. ^25 (AH)O righteous Father, even though ^(AI)the world does not know you, I know you, and these know that you have sent me. ^26 (AJ)I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love ^(AK)with which you have loved me may be in them, and ^(AL)I in them.”
