The New Commandment

³¹ When he had gone out, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man has been glorified, and God has been glorified in him.^{(A) 32} If God has been glorified in him,^[a] God will also glorify him in himself and will glorify him at once.

²⁰ Even though you intended to do harm to me, God intended it for good, in order to preserve a numerous people, as he is doing today.^(A)

Future Glory

¹⁸ I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory about to be revealed to us.

²⁸ We know that all things work together^[a] for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.^(A)
