9 “As the Father has loved me,(A) so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. 10 If you keep my commands,(B) you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love.
Isaiah 53:7-12
New Living Translation
7 He was oppressed and treated harshly,
yet he never said a word.
He was led like a lamb to the slaughter.
And as a sheep is silent before the shearers,
he did not open his mouth.
8 Unjustly condemned,
he was led away.[a]
No one cared that he died without descendants,
that his life was cut short in midstream.[b]
But he was struck down
for the rebellion of my people.
9 He had done no wrong
and had never deceived anyone.
But he was buried like a criminal;
he was put in a rich man’s grave.
10 But it was the Lord’s good plan to crush him
and cause him grief.
Yet when his life is made an offering for sin,
he will have many descendants.
He will enjoy a long life,
and the Lord’s good plan will prosper in his hands.
11 When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish,
he will be satisfied.
And because of his experience,
my righteous servant will make it possible
for many to be counted righteous,
for he will bear all their sins.
12 I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier,
because he exposed himself to death.
He was counted among the rebels.
He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels.

Isaiah 53:7-12
New International Version
7 He was oppressed(A) and afflicted,
yet he did not open his mouth;(B)
he was led like a lamb(C) to the slaughter,(D)
and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.
8 By oppression[a] and judgment(E) he was taken away.
Yet who of his generation protested?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;(F)
for the transgression(G) of my people he was punished.[b]
9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked,(H)
and with the rich(I) in his death,
though he had done no violence,(J)
nor was any deceit in his mouth.(K)
10 Yet it was the Lord’s will(L) to crush(M) him and cause him to suffer,(N)
and though the Lord makes[c] his life an offering for sin,(O)
he will see his offspring(P) and prolong his days,
and the will of the Lord will prosper(Q) in his hand.
11 After he has suffered,(R)
he will see the light(S) of life[d] and be satisfied[e];
by his knowledge[f] my righteous servant(T) will justify(U) many,
and he will bear their iniquities.(V)
12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,[g](W)
and he will divide the spoils(X) with the strong,[h]
because he poured out his life unto death,(Y)
and was numbered with the transgressors.(Z)
For he bore(AA) the sin of many,(AB)
and made intercession(AC) for the transgressors.
