¹⁴ So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times,^(A) as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored^(B) and became clean like that of a young boy.^(C)

¹⁰ “Now then, just as the Lord promised,^(A) he has kept me alive for forty-five years since the time he said this to Moses, while Israel moved^(B) about in the wilderness. So here I am today, eighty-five years old!^{(C) 11} I am still as strong^(D) today as the day Moses sent me out; I’m just as vigorous^(E) to go out to battle now as I was then.

⁷ Moses was a hundred and twenty years old^(A) when he died, yet his eyes were not weak^(B) nor his strength gone.^(C)

¹⁶ After this, Job lived a hundred and forty years; he saw his children and their children to the fourth generation.
