¹⁰ For the ^(A)stars of heaven and their constellations
Will not flash forth their light;
The ^(B)sun will be dark when it rises
And the moon will not shed its light.

⁹ She who ^(A)bore seven sons languishes;
^[a]Her breathing is labored.
Her ^(B)sun has set while it was yet day;
She has been ^(C)shamed and humiliated.
So I will ^(D)give over their survivors to the sword
Before their enemies,” declares Yahweh.

⁶ Therefore it will be ^(A)night for you—without vision,
And darkness for you—without divination.
The ^(B)sun will go down on the prophets,
And the day will grow black over them.
