¹¹ Also with moisture He ^(A)loads the thick cloud;
He ^(B)scatters ^(C)the cloud of His ^[a]lightning.
¹² It changes direction, turning around by His guidance,
That ^[b]it may do whatever He ^(D)commands ^[c]it
On the ^(E)face of the inhabited earth.

¹³ That it might seize ^(A)the ends of the earth,
And ^(B)the wicked be shaken out of it?
