¹⁴ And these are but the outer fringe of his works;
    how faint the whisper^(A) we hear of him!^(B)
    Who then can understand the thunder of his power?”^(C)

²⁶ Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens:^(A)
    Who created^(B) all these?
He who brings out the starry host^(C) one by one
    and calls forth each of them by name.
Because of his great power and mighty strength,^(D)
    not one of them is missing.^(E)

²⁷ Why do you complain, Jacob?
    Why do you say, Israel,
“My way is hidden from the Lord;
    my cause is disregarded by my God”?^(F)
28 Do you not know?
    Have you not heard?^(G)
The Lord is the everlasting^(H) God,
    the Creator^(I) of the ends of the earth.^(J)
He will not grow tired or weary,^(K)
    and his understanding no one can fathom.^(L)
29 He gives strength^(M) to the weary^(N)
    and increases the power of the weak.
