¹⁴ And ^(A)the Word ^(B)became flesh and ^(C)dwelt among us, ^(D)and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of ^(E)grace and ^(F)truth.

^18 (A)No one has ever seen God; ^(B)the only God,^[a] who is at the Father's side,^{[b] (C)}he has made him known.

²⁴ Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be ^(A)with me ^(B)where I am, ^(C)to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me ^(D)before the foundation of the world.

² but ^(A)in these last days ^(B)he has spoken to us by ^(C)his Son, whom he appointed ^(D)the heir of all things, ^(E)through whom also he created ^(F)the world. ³ He is the radiance of the glory of God and ^(G)the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. ^(H)After making purification for sins, ^(I)he sat down ^(J)at the right hand of the Majesty on high, ⁴ having become as much superior to angels as the name ^(K)he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.
