^22 (A)Let their table become a snare before them,
And their well-being a trap.
^23 (B)Let their eyes be darkened, so that they do not see;
And make their loins shake continually.
^24 (C)Pour out Your indignation upon them,
And let Your wrathful anger take hold of them.
^25 (D)Let their dwelling place be desolate;
Let no one live in their tents.
²⁶ For they persecute the ones ^(E)You have struck,
And talk of the grief of those You have wounded.
^27 (F)Add iniquity to their iniquity,
^(G)And let them not come into Your righteousness.
²⁸ Let them ^(H)be blotted out of the book of the living,
^(I)And not be written with the righteous.

^4 (A)Let those be put to shame and brought to dishonor
Who seek after my life;
Let those be ^(B)turned back and brought to confusion
Who plot my hurt.

^14 (A)Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord,
And let not the sin of his mother ^(B)be blotted out.
¹⁵ Let them be continually before the Lord,
That He may ^(C)cut off the memory of them from the earth;
