Isaiah 64:9-11
New International Version
9 Do not be angry(A) beyond measure, Lord;
do not remember our sins(B) forever.
Oh, look on us, we pray,
for we are all your people.(C)
10 Your sacred cities(D) have become a wasteland;
even Zion is a wasteland, Jerusalem a desolation.(E)
11 Our holy and glorious temple,(F) where our ancestors praised you,
has been burned with fire,
and all that we treasured(G) lies in ruins.
Isaiah 64:9-11
King James Version
9 Be not wroth very sore, O Lord, neither remember iniquity for ever: behold, see, we beseech thee, we are all thy people.
10 Thy holy cities are a wilderness, Zion is a wilderness, Jerusalem a desolation.
11 Our holy and our beautiful house, where our fathers praised thee, is burned up with fire: and all our pleasant things are laid waste.
