Isaiah 51:13-15

¹³And thou hast already forgotten the LORD thy maker that has stretched forth the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth and hast feared continually every day the fury of the oppressor when he was ready to destroy. But, where is the fury of the oppressor?

¹⁴The prisoner is anxious that he may be loosed and that he should not die in the pit nor that his bread should fail.

¹⁵And I am the LORD thy God that divides the sea and the waves roar; I am thy God; the LORD of the hosts is his name.

¹³that you forget^(A) the Lord your Maker,^(B)
    who stretches out the heavens^(C)
    and who lays the foundations of the earth,
that you live in constant terror^(D) every day
    because of the wrath of the oppressor,
    who is bent on destruction?
For where is the wrath of the oppressor?^(E)
¹⁴    The cowering prisoners will soon be set free;^(F)
they will not die in their dungeon,
    nor will they lack bread.^(G)
¹⁵For I am the Lord your God,
    who stirs up the sea^(H) so that its waves roar^(I)—
    the Lord Almighty^(J) is his name.
