Isaiah 42:6-7

⁶ I, the Lord, have called you for a righteous purpose;
    I have taken you by the hand.
I have formed you and established you
    to be a covenant to the people
    and a light to the nations,
⁷ to open the eyes of the blind,
    and to lead captives out of prison,
and to release from the dungeon
    those who live in darkness.
