Isaiah 15:2-4
New Life Version
2 They have gone up to the house of worship and to Dibon. They have gone to the high places to cry. Moab cries over Nebo and Medeba. The hair has been cut from everyone’s head and face. 3 In their streets they have dressed themselves with cloth made from hair. On the tops of their houses and in their open spaces everyone is crying with many tears. 4 Heshbon and Elealeh cry out also. Their voice is heard as far as Jahaz. So the soldiers of Moab cry out. Moab’s soul shakes within him.

New International Version
2 Dibon(A) goes up to its temple,
to its high places(B) to weep;
Moab wails(C) over Nebo(D) and Medeba.
Every head is shaved(E)
and every beard cut off.(F)
3 In the streets they wear sackcloth;(G)
on the roofs(H) and in the public squares(I)
they all wail,(J)
prostrate with weeping.(K)
4 Heshbon(L) and Elealeh(M) cry out,
their voices are heard all the way to Jahaz.(N)
Therefore the armed men of Moab cry out,
and their hearts are faint.
