²⁰ But when his heart was ^(A)raised up and his spirit became so ^(B)strong that he behaved arrogantly, he was ^(C)deposed from his royal throne, and his glory was taken away from him.

¹¹ And it even ^(A)magnified itself ^[a]to be equal with the ^[b]Commander of the host; and it removed the ^(B)regular sacrifice from Him, and the place of His sanctuary was thrown down.

⁴ who opposes and exalts himself above ^[a](A)every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the ^[b]sanctuary of God, ^(B)exhibiting himself as being God.
