Isaiah 11:4-12

New International Version

⁴ but with righteousness^(A) he will judge the needy,^(B)
    with justice^(C) he will give decisions for the poor^(D) of the earth.
He will strike^(E) the earth with the rod of his mouth;^(F)
    with the breath^(G) of his lips he will slay the wicked.^(H)
5 Righteousness will be his belt^(I)
    and faithfulness^(J) the sash around his waist.^(K)

⁶ The wolf will live with the lamb,^(L)
    the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the calf and the lion and the yearling^[a] together;
    and a little child will lead them.
⁷ The cow will feed with the bear,
    their young will lie down together,
    and the lion will eat straw like the ox.^(M)
8 The infant^(N) will play near the cobra’s den,
    and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s^(O) nest.
⁹ They will neither harm nor destroy^(P)
    on all my holy mountain,^(Q)
for the earth^(R) will be filled with the knowledge^(S) of the Lord
    as the waters cover the sea.

¹² He will raise a banner^(AJ) for the nations
    and gather^(AK) the exiles of Israel;^(AL)
he will assemble the scattered people^(AM) of Judah
    from the four quarters of the earth.^(AN)
