²¹ A ^(A)remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the ^(B)mighty God.
²² For ^(C)though your people, O Israel, may be like the sand of the sea,
Only a remnant within them will return;
A ^(D)destructive end is decreed, overflowing with righteousness.

^9 (A)For the sake of My name I ^(B)delay My anger,
And for My praise I restrain it for you,
