Ang Pulong Sa Dios
7 Gidaog-daog siya ug gisakit, apan wala gayod siya moreklamo. Sama siya sa karnero nga gidala sa ihawanan. Ug sama sa karnero nga walay timik samtang gialotan, nagpakahilom lang siya. 8 Gidakop siya, gihukman, ug gipatay. Wala gayoy nakaamgo sa iyang mga katagilungsod nga siya gipatay tungod sa ilang mga sala, ug giantos niya ang silot nga alang unta kanila.

Isaiah 53:7-8
New International Version
7 He was oppressed(A) and afflicted,
yet he did not open his mouth;(B)
he was led like a lamb(C) to the slaughter,(D)
and as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.
8 By oppression[a] and judgment(E) he was taken away.
Yet who of his generation protested?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;(F)
for the transgression(G) of my people he was punished.[b]
