Arresto de Pedro y Juan
4 Mientras Pedro y Juan hablaban al pueblo, se les echaron encima(A) los sacerdotes, el capitán de la guardia del templo(B), y los saduceos(C), 2 indignados porque enseñaban al pueblo, y anunciaban en[a] Jesús la resurrección de entre los muertos(D). 3 Les echaron mano, y los pusieron en la cárcel(E) hasta el día siguiente, pues ya era tarde.

Peter and John Before the Sanhedrin
4 The priests and the captain of the temple guard(A) and the Sadducees(B) came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people. 2 They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people, proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.(C) 3 They seized Peter and John and, because it was evening, they put them in jail(D) until the next day.
