3 Yet Jesus[a] is worthy of more glory than Moses, just as the builder of a house has more honor than the house itself.(A) 4 (For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.)(B) 5 Now Moses was faithful in all God’s[b] house as a servant, to testify to the things that would be spoken later.(C) 6 Christ, however, was faithful over God’s[c] house as a son, and we are his house if we hold firm[d] the boldness and the pride inspired by hope.(D)

3 Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses,(A) just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself. 4 For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.(B) 5 “Moses was faithful as a servant(C) in all God’s house,”[a](D) bearing witness to what would be spoken by God in the future. 6 But Christ is faithful as the Son(E) over God’s house. And we are his house,(F) if indeed we hold firmly(G) to our confidence and the hope(H) in which we glory.
