Hebrews 9:2-5
New English Translation
2 For a tent was prepared, the outer one,[a] which contained[b] the lampstand, the table, and the presentation of the loaves; this[c] is called the Holy Place. 3 And after the second curtain there was a tent called the holy of holies. 4 It contained the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered entirely with gold. In this ark[d] were the golden urn containing the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant. 5 And above the ark[e] were the cherubim[f] of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. Now is not the time to speak of these things in detail.

2 For a tabernacle was prepared: the first part, in which was the lampstand, the table, and the showbread, which is called the [a]sanctuary; 3 (A)and behind the second veil, the part of the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of All, 4 which had the (B)golden censer and (C)the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which were (D)the golden pot that had the manna, (E)Aaron’s rod that budded, and (F)the tablets of the covenant; 5 and (G)above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. Of these things we cannot now speak in detail.

In its first room were the lampstand(B) and the table(C) with its consecrated bread;(D) this was called the Holy Place.(E) 3 Behind the second curtain was a room called the Most Holy Place,(F) 4 which had the golden altar of incense(G) and the gold-covered ark of the covenant.(H) This ark contained the gold jar of manna,(I) Aaron’s staff that had budded,(J) and the stone tablets of the covenant.(K) 5 Above the ark were the cherubim of the Glory,(L) overshadowing the atonement cover.(M) But we cannot discuss these things in detail now.
