Ang Salita ng Dios (Tagalog Contemporary Bible)

33 Kaya kapag ipinatawag niya kayo at itinanong kung ano ang trabaho ninyo, 34 sabihin nʼyo na nagpapastol kayo ng mga hayop mula pagkabata katulad ng mga magulang ninyo, para patirahin niya kayo sa Goshen. Sapagkat nasusuklam ang mga Egipcio sa mga nagpapastol ng hayop.”

33 When Pharaoh calls you in and asks, ‘What is your occupation?’(A) 34 you should answer, ‘Your servants(B) have tended livestock from our boyhood on, just as our fathers did.’(C) Then you will be allowed to settle(D) in the region of Goshen,(E) for all shepherds are detestable to the Egyptians.(F)”
