21 Also to Shem, the father of all the children of Eber, and the [a]older brother of Japheth, children were born. 22 (A)The sons of Shem were (B)Elam and Asshur and (C)Arpachshad and (D)Lud and Aram. 23 The sons of Aram were (E)Uz and Hul and Gether and Mash. 24 Arpachshad [b]was the father of (F)Shelah; and Shelah [c]was the father of Eber. 25 (G)Now two sons were born to Eber; the name of the one was [d]Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan. 26 And Joktan [e]was the father of Almodad and Sheleph and Hazarmaveth and Jerah 27 and Hadoram and Uzal and Diklah 28 and [f]Obal and Abimael and Sheba 29 and Ophir and Havilah and Jobab; all these were the sons of Joktan.

30 Now their [g]settlement [h]extended from Mesha as you go toward Sephar, the hill country of the east. 31 These are the sons of Shem, according to their families, according to their tongues, by their lands, according to their nations.

32 These are the families of the sons of Noah, according to their generations, by their nations; and (H)out of these the nations were separated on the earth after the flood.

21 And Shem, Japheth’s older brother, also had sons. Shem was the father of all the sons of Eber.(A) 22 Shem’s sons(B) were Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram.

23 Aram’s sons: Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.

24 Arpachshad fathered[a] Shelah,(C) and Shelah fathered Eber. 25 Eber had two sons. One was named Peleg,[b] for during his days the earth was divided;(D) his brother was named Joktan. 26 And Joktan fathered Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, 27 Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, 28 Obal, Abimael, Sheba, 29 Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were Joktan’s sons. 30 Their settlements extended from Mesha to Sephar, the eastern hill country.

31 These are Shem’s sons by their clans, according to their languages, in their lands and their nations.

32 These are the clans of Noah’s sons, according to their family records, in their nations. The nations on earth spread out from these after the flood.(E)
