⁸ Then they said to him, “^(A)We have ^[a]had a dream, and there is no one to interpret it.” Then Joseph said to them, “^(B)Do not interpretations belong to God? Recount it to me, please.”

¹⁶ Joseph then answered Pharaoh, saying, “^[a](A)It is not in me; ^(B)God will ^[b]answer concerning the welfare of Pharaoh.”

⁴⁵ Inasmuch as you saw that a ^(A)stone was cut out of the mountain without hands and that it crushed the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold, the ^(B)great God has made known to the king what ^(C)will happen ^[a]in the future; so the dream is certain, and its interpretation is trustworthy.”
