5 and let me [a](A)bring a piece of bread, that you may [b]refresh your hearts; after that you may pass on, since in such a manner you have passed by your servant.” And they said, “So you shall do, as you have said.” 6 So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah and said, “[c]Hurry, prepare [d]three seahs of fine flour, knead it, and make bread cakes.” 7 Abraham also ran to the herd and took a tender and [e]choice calf and gave it to his young man, and he hurried to prepare it.

New International Version
5 Let me get you something to eat,(A) so you can be refreshed and then go on your way—now that you have come to your servant.”
“Very well,” they answered, “do as you say.”
6 So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah. “Quick,” he said, “get three seahs[a] of the finest flour and knead it and bake some bread.”(B)
7 Then he ran to the herd and selected a choice, tender calf(C) and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it.
