¹¹ And the angel of Yahweh said to her further,

⁴² If ^(A)the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the dread of Isaac, had not been for me, surely now you would have sent me away empty. ^(B)God has seen my affliction and the toil of my hands, so He ^(C)rendered the decision last night.”

⁷ And Yahweh said, “I have surely ^(A)seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sufferings.

³¹ So ^(A)the people believed; and they heard that Yahweh ^[a](B)cared about the sons of Israel and that He had seen their affliction. So ^(C)they bowed low and worshiped.

⁷ Then ^(A)we cried out to Yahweh, the God of our fathers, and Yahweh heard our voice and saw our affliction and our toil and our oppression;
