⁷ Then Yahweh ^(A)appeared to Abram and said, “^(B)To your seed I will give this land.” So he built ^(C)an altar there to Yahweh who had appeared to him. ⁸ Then he proceeded from there to the mountain on the east of Bethel, and he pitched his tent with ^(D)Bethel on the west and Ai on the east; and there he built an altar to Yahweh and ^(E)called upon the name of Yahweh.

⁴ to the place of the ^(A)altar which he had made there formerly; and there Abram called upon the name of Yahweh.

¹⁸ Then Abram moved his tent and came and lived by the ^[a](A)oaks of Mamre, which are in Hebron, and there he built ^(B)an altar to Yahweh.
