Glory Only in the Cross

¹¹See with what large letters I have written to you with my own hand! ¹²As many as desire to make a good showing in the flesh, these would compel you to be circumcised, ^(A)only that they may not suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. ¹³For not even those who are circumcised keep the law, but they desire to have you circumcised that they may boast in your flesh. ¹⁴But God forbid that I should boast except in the ^(B)cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by ^[a]whom the world has been crucified to me, and ^(C)I to the world. ¹⁵For ^(D)in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.

¹¹Ye see in how large letters I have written to you with my own hand;

¹²as many as are willing to make a good appearance in the flesh, these constrain you to be circumcised -- only that for the cross of the Christ they may not be persecuted,

¹³for neither do those circumcised themselves keep the law, but they wish you to be circumcised, that in your flesh they may glory.

¹⁴And for me, let it not be -- to glory, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which to me the world hath been crucified, and I to the world;
