Doing Good to All
6 Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit(A) should restore(B) that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted. 2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.(C) 3 If anyone thinks they are something(D) when they are not, they deceive themselves.(E) 4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone,(F) without comparing themselves to someone else,(G) 5 for each one should carry their own load.(H) 6 Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructor.(I)
7 Do not be deceived:(J) God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.(K) 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh,(L) from the flesh will reap destruction;(M) whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.(N) 9 Let us not become weary in doing good,(O) for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.(P) 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good(Q) to all people, especially to those who belong to the family(R) of believers.
Not Circumcision but the New Creation
11 See what large letters I use as I write to you with my own hand!(S)
12 Those who want to impress people by means of the flesh(T) are trying to compel you to be circumcised.(U) The only reason they do this is to avoid being persecuted(V) for the cross of Christ. 13 Not even those who are circumcised keep the law,(W) yet they want you to be circumcised that they may boast about your circumcision in the flesh.(X) 14 May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ,(Y) through which[a] the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.(Z) 15 Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything;(AA) what counts is the new creation.(AB) 16 Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule—to[b] the Israel of God.
17 From now on, let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks(AC) of Jesus.
18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ(AD) be with your spirit,(AE) brothers and sisters. Amen.

Façamos o Bem a Todos
6 Irmãos, se alguém for surpreendido em algum pecado, vocês, que são espirituais, deverão restaurá-lo com mansidão. Cuide-se, porém, cada um para que também não seja tentado. 2 Levem os fardos pesados uns dos outros e, assim, cumpram[a] a lei de Cristo. 3 Se alguém se considera alguma coisa, não sendo nada, engana-se a si mesmo. 4 Cada um examine os próprios atos, e então poderá orgulhar-se de si mesmo, sem se comparar com ninguém, 5 pois cada um deverá levar a própria carga.
6 O que está sendo instruído na palavra partilhe todas as coisas boas com aquele que o instrui.
7 Não se deixem enganar: de Deus não se zomba. Pois o que o homem semear, isso também colherá. 8 Quem semeia para a sua carne, da carne colherá destruição; mas quem semeia para o Espírito, do Espírito colherá a vida eterna. 9 E não nos cansemos de fazer o bem, pois no tempo próprio colheremos, se não desanimarmos. 10 Portanto, enquanto temos oportunidade, façamos o bem a todos, especialmente aos da família da fé.
A Nova Criação Substitui a Circuncisão
11 Vejam com que letras grandes estou lhes escrevendo de próprio punho!
12 Os que desejam causar boa impressão exteriormente[b], tentando obrigá-los a se circuncidarem, agem desse modo apenas para não serem perseguidos por causa da cruz de Cristo. 13 Nem mesmo os que são circuncidados cumprem a Lei; querem, no entanto, que vocês sejam circuncidados a fim de se gloriarem no corpo[c] de vocês. 14 Quanto a mim, que eu jamais me glorie, a não ser na cruz de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, por meio da qual[d] o mundo foi crucificado para mim, e eu para o mundo. 15 De nada vale ser circuncidado ou não. O que importa é ser uma nova criação. 16 Paz e misericórdia estejam sobre todos os que andam conforme essa regra, e também sobre o Israel de Deus.
17 Sem mais, que ninguém me perturbe, pois trago em meu corpo as marcas de Jesus.
18 Irmãos, que a graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo seja com o espírito de vocês. Amém.

Bear One Another’s Burdens
6 (A)Brothers and sisters, even if a person is caught in any wrongdoing, you who are (B)spiritual are to (C)restore such a person (D)in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you are not tempted as well. 2 (E)Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill (F)the law of Christ. 3 For (G)if anyone thinks that he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But each one must (H)examine his own work, and then he will have reason for (I)boasting, but [a]to himself alone, and not [b]to another. 5 For (J)each one will bear his own load.
6 (K)The one who is taught (L)the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him. 7 (M)Do not be deceived, (N)God is not mocked; for (O)whatever a person sows, this he will also reap. 8 (P)For the one who sows to his own flesh will reap (Q)destruction from the flesh, but (R)the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit. 9 (S)Let’s not become discouraged in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we (T)do not become weary. 10 So then, [c](U)while we have opportunity, let’s do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the (V)household of (W)the faith.
11 See with what large letters I have written to you (X)with my own hand! 12 All who want (Y)to make a good showing in the flesh try to (Z)compel you to be circumcised, simply so that they (AA)will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ. 13 For those who [d]are circumcised do not even (AB)keep [e]the Law themselves, but they want to have you circumcised so that they may (AC)boast in your flesh. 14 But (AD)[f]far be it from me to boast, (AE)except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, (AF)through [g]which the world has been crucified to me, and (AG)I to the world. 15 For (AH)neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a (AI)new [h]creation. 16 And all who will follow this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the (AJ)Israel of God.

6 Irmãos, se algum homem chegar a ser surpreendido nalguma ofensa, vós, que sois espirituais, encaminhai o tal com espírito de mansidão, olhando por ti mesmo, para que não sejas também tentado. 2 Levai as cargas uns dos outros e assim cumprireis a lei de Cristo. 3 Porque, se alguém cuida ser alguma coisa, não sendo nada, engana-se a si mesmo. 4 Mas prove cada um a sua própria obra e terá glória só em si mesmo e não noutro. 5 Porque cada qual levará a sua própria carga.
6 E o que é instruído na palavra reparta de todos os seus bens com aquele que o instrui. 7 Não erreis: Deus não se deixa escarnecer; porque tudo o que o homem semear, isso também ceifará. 8 Porque o que semeia na sua carne da carne ceifará a corrupção; mas o que semeia no Espírito do Espírito ceifará a vida eterna. 9 E não nos cansemos de fazer o bem, porque a seu tempo ceifaremos, se não houvermos desfalecido. 10 Então, enquanto temos tempo, façamos o bem a todos, mas principalmente aos domésticos da fé.
11 Vede com que grandes letras vos escrevi por minha mão. 12 Todos os que querem mostrar boa aparência na carne, esses vos obrigam a circuncidar-vos, somente para não serem perseguidos por causa da cruz de Cristo. 13 Porque nem ainda esses mesmos que se circuncidam guardam a lei, mas querem que vos circuncideis, para se gloriarem na vossa carne. 14 Mas longe esteja de mim gloriar-me, a não ser na cruz de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, pela qual o mundo está crucificado para mim e eu, para o mundo. 15 Porque, em Cristo Jesus, nem a circuncisão nem a incircuncisão têm virtude alguma, mas sim o ser uma nova criatura. 16 E, a todos quantos andarem conforme esta regra, paz e misericórdia sobre eles e sobre o Israel de Deus.
17 Desde agora, ninguém me inquiete; porque trago no meu corpo as marcas do Senhor Jesus.
18 A graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo seja, irmãos, com o vosso espírito. Amém!
