¹⁹ They ^(A)pledged themselves to put away their wives, and their guilt offering was ^(B)a ram of the flock for their guilt.^[a]

⁶ And he shall bring to the priest as his compensation to the Lord ^(A)a ram without blemish out of the flock, or its equivalent, for a guilt offering.

¹⁵ And when he departed from there, he met ^(A)Jehonadab the son of ^(B)Rechab coming to meet him. And he greeted him and said to him, “Is your heart true to my heart as mine is to yours?” And Jehonadab answered, “It is.” Jehu said,^[a] “If it is, ^(C)give me your hand.” So he gave him his hand. And Jehu took him up with him into the chariot.

⁹ and when James and Cephas and John, ^(A)who seemed to be ^(B)pillars, perceived the ^(C)grace that was given to me, they ^(D)gave the right hand of fellowship to Barnabas and me, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.

^8 (A)Do not now be stiff-necked as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the Lord and come to his sanctuary, which he has consecrated forever, and serve the Lord your God, ^(B)that his fierce anger may turn away from you.

²⁴ All the leaders and the mighty men, and also all the sons of King David, pledged their allegiance to King Solomon.

⁴ if he has sinned and has realized his guilt and will restore ^(A)what he took by robbery or what he got by oppression or the deposit that was committed to him or the lost thing that he found

^15 (A)“If anyone commits a breach of faith and sins unintentionally in any of the holy things of the Lord, ^(B)he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation, a ram without blemish out of the flock, valued^[a] in silver shekels,^[b] according to the ^(C)shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering. ¹⁶ He shall also make restitution for what he has done amiss in the holy thing and ^(D)shall add a fifth to it and give it to the priest. ^(E)And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and he shall be forgiven.
