9 So Moses spoke thus to the children of Israel; (A)but they did not heed Moses, because of (B)anguish[a] of spirit and cruel bondage.
10 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 11 “Go in, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the children of Israel go out of his land.”
12 And Moses spoke before the Lord, saying, “The children of Israel have not heeded me. How then shall Pharaoh heed me, for (C)I am [b]of uncircumcised lips?”
13 Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, and gave them a (D)command[c] for the children of Israel and for Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.
The Family of Moses and Aaron(E)
14 These are the heads of their fathers’ houses: (F)The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, were Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi. These are the families of Reuben. 15 (G)And the sons of Simeon were [d]Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanite woman. These are the families of Simeon. 16 These are the names of (H)the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. And the years of the life of Levi were one hundred and thirty-seven. 17 (I)The sons of Gershon were Libni and Shimi according to their families. 18 And (J)the sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. And the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred and thirty-three. 19 (K)The sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of Levi according to their generations.
20 Now (L)Amram took for himself (M)Jochebed, his father’s sister, as wife; and she bore him (N)Aaron and Moses. And the years of the life of Amram were one hundred and thirty-seven. 21 (O)The sons of Izhar were Korah, Nepheg, and Zichri. 22 And (P)the sons of Uzziel were Mishael, Elzaphan, and Zithri. 23 Aaron took to himself Elisheba, daughter of (Q)Amminadab, sister of Nahshon, as wife; and she bore him (R)Nadab, Abihu, (S)Eleazar, and Ithamar. 24 And (T)the sons of Korah were Assir, Elkanah, and Abiasaph. These are the families of the Korahites. 25 Eleazar, Aaron’s son, took for himself one of the daughters of Putiel as wife; and (U)she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites according to their families.
26 These are the same Aaron and Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their (V)armies.”[e] 27 These are the ones who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, (W)to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. These are the same Moses and Aaron.

9 And Moses speaketh so unto the sons of Israel, and they hearkened not unto Moses, for anguish of spirit, and for harsh service.
10 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
11 `Go in, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he doth send the sons of Israel out of his land;
12 and Moses speaketh before Jehovah, saying, `Lo, the sons of Israel have not hearkened unto me, and how doth Pharaoh hear me, and I of uncircumcised lips?'
13 And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and chargeth them for the sons of Israel, and for Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt.
14 These [are] heads of the house of their fathers: Sons of Reuben first-born of Israel [are] Hanoch, and Phallu, Hezron, and Carmi: these [are] families of Reuben.
15 And sons of Simeon [are] Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul, son of the Canaanitess: these [are] families of Simeon.
16 And these [are] the names of the sons of Levi, as to their births: Gershon, and Kohath, and Merari: and the years of the life of Levi [are] a hundred and thirty and seven years.

27 these are they who are speaking unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt, this [is] Moses -- and Aaron.

10 Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 11 “(B)Go, [b]tell Pharaoh king of Egypt [c]to let the sons of Israel go out of his land.” 12 But Moses spoke before the Lord, saying, “Behold, the sons of Israel have not listened to me; (C)how then will Pharaoh listen to me, as I am [d](D)unskilled in speech?” 13 Nevertheless, the Lord spoke to Moses and to Aaron and gave them a command concerning the sons of Israel and Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the sons of Israel out of the land of Egypt.
