Contributions for the Sanctuary
25 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 2 “(A)Speak with the sons of Israel so that they take a [a]contribution for Me; (B)from every man whose heart is willing you shall take My [b]contribution. 3 And this is the [c]contribution which you shall take from them: gold, silver, and bronze, 4 [d](C)blue, purple, and scarlet material, fine linen, goat hair, 5 rams’ skins dyed red, porpoise skins, acacia wood, 6 (D)oil for lighting, (E)spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense, 7 onyx stones, and setting stones for the (F)ephod and for the [e](G)breastpiece. 8 And let them (H)make a sanctuary for Me, (I)that I may dwell among them. 9 (J)According to all that I am going to show you, as the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furniture, just so you shall make it.
The Ark of the Testimony
10 “(K)And they shall make an ark of acacia wood two and a half [f]cubits [g]long, and one and a half cubits [h]wide, and one and a half cubits [i]high. 11 You shall (L)overlay it with pure gold, inside and out you shall overlay it, and you shall make a gold molding [j]around it. 12 You shall cast four gold rings for it and [k]fasten them on its four feet, and two rings shall be on one side of it and two rings on the other side of it. 13 You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. 14 You shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark with them. 15 The (M)poles shall [l]remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be removed from it. 16 You shall (N)put into the ark the testimony which I shall give you.
17 “You shall (O)make a [m]mercy seat of pure gold, two and a half [n]cubits [o]long and one and a half cubits [p]wide. 18 You shall make two cherubim of gold; make them of hammered work [q]at the two ends of the mercy seat. 19 Make one cherub [r]at one end and one cherub [s]at the other end; from one piece you shall make the mercy seat with the cherubim at its two ends. 20 (P)The cherubim shall have their wings spread upward, covering the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces toward one another; the faces of the cherubim are to be toward the mercy seat. 21 (Q)You shall put the mercy seat [t]on top of the ark, and (R)in the ark you shall put the testimony which I will give to you. 22 (S)There I will meet with you; and from above the mercy seat, from (T)between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, I will speak to you about all which I will command you for the sons of Israel.
Bread of the Presence
23 “(U)You shall make a table of acacia wood, two [u]cubits [v]long and one cubit [w]wide and one and a half cubits [x]high. 24 You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a gold (V)border around it. 25 You shall make for it a rim of a [y]handbreadth around it; and you shall make a gold border for the rim around it. 26 You shall make four gold rings for it and put rings on the four corners which are on its four feet. 27 The rings shall be close to the rim as holders for the poles to carry the table. 28 You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, so that with them the table may be carried. 29 You shall make its [z](W)dishes and its pans and its jars and its offering bowls with which to pour drink offerings; you shall make them of pure gold. 30 You shall set (X)the bread of the [aa]Presence on the table before Me [ab]at all times.
The Golden Lampstand
31 “(Y)Then you shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The lampstand, its base, and its shaft are to be made of hammered work; its cups, its [ac]bulbs, and its flowers shall be [ad]of the same piece. 32 (Z)Six branches shall go out from its sides; three branches of the lampstand from its one side and three branches of the lampstand from its [ae]other side. 33 (AA)Three cups shall be shaped like almond blossoms in the one branch, a [af]bulb and a flower, and three cups shaped like almond blossoms in the [ag]other branch, a [ah]bulb and a flower—so for the six branches going out from the lampstand; 34 and (AB)in the lampstand four cups shaped like almond blossoms, its [ai]bulbs and its flowers. 35 (AC)And a [aj]bulb shall be under the first pair of branches coming out of it, and a [ak]bulb under the second pair of branches coming out of it, and a [al]bulb under the third pair of branches coming out of it, for the six branches coming out of the lampstand. 36 (AD)Their [am]bulbs and their branches shall be [an]of the same piece; all of it shall be one piece of hammered work of pure gold. 37 Then you shall make its lamps seven in number; and (AE)they shall [ao]mount its lamps so as to shed light on the space in front of it. 38 And its tongs and [ap]their trays shall be of pure gold. 39 It shall be made from a [aq]talent of pure gold, with all these utensils. 40 (AF)And see that you make them (AG)after the pattern for them, which was shown to you on the mountain.

The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover. 21 Place the cover on top of the ark(Y) and put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law(Z) that I will give you. 22 There, above the cover between the two cherubim(AA) that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet(AB) with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites.(AC)
The Table(AD)
23 “Make a table(AE) of acacia wood—two cubits long, a cubit wide and a cubit and a half high.[d] 24 Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold molding around it. 25 Also make around it a rim a handbreadth[e] wide and put a gold molding on the rim. 26 Make four gold rings for the table and fasten them to the four corners, where the four legs are. 27 The rings are to be close to the rim to hold the poles used in carrying the table. 28 Make the poles of acacia wood, overlay them with gold(AF) and carry the table with them. 29 And make its plates and dishes of pure gold, as well as its pitchers and bowls for the pouring out of offerings.(AG) 30 Put the bread of the Presence(AH) on this table to be before me at all times.

Tabernacle: Ark, Table, Menorah
25 Adonai spoke to Moses saying, 2 “Tell Bnei-Yisrael to take up an offering for Me. From anyone whose heart compels him you are to take My offering. 3 These are the contributions which you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze; 4 blue, purple and scarlet cloth; fine linen and goat hair; 5 ram skins dyed red, sealskins, acacia wood; 6 oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense; 7 onyx stones and setting stones for the ephod and for the breastplate.
8 “Have them make a Sanctuary for Me, so that I may dwell among them. 9 You are to make it all precisely according to everything that I show you—the pattern of the Tabernacle and the pattern of all the furnishings within—just so you must make it.
10 “Now they are to make an Ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits in length, one and a half cubits wide, and a cubit and a half high. 11 You are to overlay it with pure gold, inside and out, and make a crown of gold around it. 12 You are to cast four rings of gold for it, and place them in its four feet. Two rings will be on one side, and two rings on the other side. 13 Also make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. 14 You are to put the poles into the rings on the sides of the Ark, in order to carry the Ark. 15 The poles are to remain in the rings of the Ark, and not be taken from it. 16 You are to put the Testimony, which I will give you, into the Ark.
17 “Then you are to make an atonement cover[a] of pure gold, two and a half cubits long, one cubit and a half wide. 18 Also make two cheruvim of gold, from hammered work, at the two ends of the atonement cover. 19 Make one cheruv at one end and one cheruv at the other end. Of one piece with the atonement cover you are to make the cheruvim at its two ends. 20 The cheruvim are to spread out their wings above, shielding the atonement cover with their wings, each facing its companion. The faces of the cheruvim are to be turned toward the atonement cover. 21 You are to put the atonement cover on top of the Ark, and inside the Ark you will put the Testimony that I will give you.
22 “I will meet with you there. I will speak with you from above the atonement cover—from between the two cheruvim that are on the Ark of the Testimony—about all that I will command you, for Bnei-Yisrael.
23 “You will make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide, and a cubit and a half high. 24 You are to overlay it with pure gold, and make a crown of gold around it. 25 Make a border a single handwidth wide around it and a golden crown for the border all around. 26 Also make four gold rings for it, and put the rings in the four corners that are on its four feet. 27 The rings are to be close to the borders, as holders for the poles to carry the table. 28 You are to make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, so that the table may be carried with them. 29 You are also to make the dishes, pans, jars and bowls to pour drink offerings, from pure gold. 30 Always set the bread of the Presence[b] on the table before Me.
31 “You are to make a menorah of pure gold, by hammered work. Its base, stem, cups, bulbs and flowers are to be one piece. 32 There are to be six branches coming out of the sides, three branches of the menorah out of one side, and three branches out of the other. 33 There are to be three cups shaped like almond blossoms in one branch, each with a bulb and flower, then three cups made like almond blossoms in the next branch, each with a bulb and flower, and so forth for the six branches coming out of the menorah. 34 Within the menorah will be four cups made like almond blossoms, with bulbs and flowers. 35 There is to be a bulb under two branches of the first piece, a bulb under two branches of the second piece, and a bulb under two branches of the third piece, for the six branches coming out of the menorah. 36 Their bulbs and their branches are to be one piece—all of it a single hammered work of pure gold. 37 “You are also to make the seven lamps for it, and set the lamps up to shed light over the space before it.
38 “The tongs and the censers are to be of pure gold. 39 It is to be made from a talent of pure gold, with all these pieces. 40 See that you make them according to their pattern being shown to you on the mountain.
