¹⁹ But I know that the king of Egypt ^(A)will not give you permission to go, ^(B)except by a strong hand. ²⁰ So I will stretch out ^(C)My hand and strike Egypt with all My ^(D)wondrous deeds which I shall do in the midst of it; and ^(E)after that he will let you go.

⁴ But ^(A)Pharaoh will not listen to you. And I will ^[a]set My hand upon Egypt and ^(B)bring out My hosts, My people the sons of Israel, from the land of Egypt by ^(C)great judgments. ^5 (D)Then the Egyptians shall know that I am Yahweh, when I ^(E)stretch out My hand against Egypt and bring out the sons of Israel from their midst.”

Yahweh Says One More Plague

11 Then Yahweh said to Moses, “One more plague I will bring on Pharaoh and on Egypt; ^(A)after that he will let you go from here. When he lets you go, he will surely drive you out from here completely.

³¹ Then ^(A)he called for Moses and Aaron at night and said, “Rise up, ^(B)get out from among my people, both you and the sons of Israel; and go, ^[a]serve Yahweh, as you have spoken.

Israel Goes Out from Egypt

^33 (A)And the Egyptians strongly pressed the people to send them out of the land in haste, for they said, “We will all be dead.”

³⁹ And they baked the dough which they had brought out of Egypt into cakes of unleavened bread. For it had not become leavened, since they were ^(A)driven out of Egypt and could not delay, nor had they ^[a]prepared any provisions for themselves.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread

³ And Moses said to the people, “^(A)Remember this day in which you went out from Egypt, from the house of ^[a]slavery; for ^(B)by a strong hand Yahweh brought you out from this place. ^(C)And nothing leavened shall be eaten.
