5 Take the garments and put them on Aaron: the tunic, the robe to be worn under the vest, the vest, and the pouch. Clothe him with the sash of the vest. 6 Set the turban on his head and put the holy crest on the turban. 7 Then take the anointing oil and pour it on his head to anoint him.

5 Take the garments(A) and dress Aaron with the tunic, the robe of the ephod, the ephod itself and the breastpiece. Fasten the ephod on him by its skillfully woven waistband.(B) 6 Put the turban(C) on his head and attach the sacred emblem(D) to the turban. 7 Take the anointing oil(E) and anoint him by pouring it on his head.
