⁵ And the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord^(A) when I stretch out my hand^(B) against Egypt and bring the Israelites out of it.”

¹⁸ The Egyptians will know that I am the Lord^(A) when I gain glory through Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen.”

²² “‘But on that day I will deal differently with the land of Goshen,^(A) where my people live;^(B) no swarms of flies will be there, so that you will know^(C) that I, the Lord, am in this land.

¹⁷ This is what the Lord says: By this you will know that I am the Lord:^(A) With the staff that is in my hand I will strike the water of the Nile, and it will be changed into blood.^(B)

⁴ And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart,^(A) and he will pursue them.^(B) But I will gain glory^(C) for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.”^(D) So the Israelites did this.

²⁰ So I will stretch out my hand^(A) and strike the Egyptians with all the wonders^(B) that I will perform among them. After that, he will let you go.^(C)

²² From that day forward the people of Israel will know that I am the Lord their God.

⁷ “‘I will make known my holy name among my people Israel. I will no longer let my holy name be profaned,^(A) and the nations will know^(B) that I the Lord am the Holy One in Israel.^(C)

¹⁰ “Tomorrow,” Pharaoh said.

Moses replied, “It will be as you say, so that you may know there is no one like the Lord our God.^(A)

²³ I will show the holiness of my great name,^(A) which has been profaned^(B) among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord,^(C) declares the Sovereign Lord, when I am proved holy^(D) through you before their eyes.^(E)
