^22 (A)There I will meet with you, and from above the mercy seat, from ^(B)between the two cherubim that are on the ark of the testimony, I will speak with you about all that I will give you in commandment for the people of Israel.

⁸⁹ And when Moses went into the tent of meeting ^(A)to speak with the Lord, he heard ^(B)the voice speaking to him from above the mercy seat that was on the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim; and it spoke to him.

¹⁶ “O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, ^(A)enthroned above the cherubim, you are the God, you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; ^(B)you have made heaven and earth.

⁴² It shall be a ^(A)regular burnt offering throughout your generations at the entrance of the tent of meeting before the Lord, ^(B)where I will meet with you, to speak to you there. ⁴³ There I will meet with the people of Israel, and it shall be ^(C)sanctified by my glory.

Restore Us, O God

To the choirmaster: according to ^(A)Lilies. A Testimony. Of ^(B)Asaph, a Psalm.

¹⁵ And Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said: “O Lord, the God of Israel, ^(A)enthroned above the cherubim, ^(B)you are the God, you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; you have made heaven and earth.

² And David arose and went with all the people who were with him from ^(A)Baale-judah ^(B)to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the name of the Lord of hosts ^(C)who sits enthroned on the cherubim.

⁴ So the people sent to Shiloh and brought from there the ark of the covenant of the Lord of hosts, ^(A)who is enthroned on the cherubim. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

⁴ Then you shall deposit them in the tent of meeting before the testimony, ^(A)where I meet with you.

² and the Lord said to Moses, “Tell Aaron your brother not to ^(A)come at any time into the Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy seat that is on the ark, so that he may not die. For ^(B)I will appear in the cloud over the mercy seat.
