²² On the sixth day, they gathered twice^(A) as much—two omers^[a] for each person—and the leaders of the community^(B) came and reported this to Moses.

⁵ On the sixth day they are to prepare what they bring in, and that is to be twice^(A) as much as they gather on the other days.”

²² While you plant during the eighth year, you will eat from the old crop and will continue to eat from it until the harvest of the ninth year comes in.^(A)

¹² For it is a jubilee and is to be holy for you; eat only what is taken directly from the fields.

³¹ But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community^(A) came back to him, and he spoke to them.

¹⁶ This is what the Lord has commanded: ‘Everyone is to gather as much as they need. Take an omer^[a](A) for each person you have in your tent.’”
