14 Stand therefore, (A)having fastened on the belt of truth, and (B)having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, (C)as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up (D)the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all (E)the flaming darts of (F)the evil one; 17 and take (G)the helmet of salvation, and (H)the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying (I)at all times (J)in the Spirit, (K)with all prayer and supplication. To that end, (L)keep alert with all perseverance, making (M)supplication for all the saints, 19 and (N)also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth (O)boldly to proclaim (P)the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I (Q)am an ambassador (R)in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.

18 And pray in the Spirit(I) on all occasions(J) with all kinds of prayers and requests.(K) With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying(L) for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me,(M) that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly(N) make known the mystery(O) of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador(P) in chains.(Q) Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
