Brought Near by His Blood

11 Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh—who are called Uncircumcision by what is called (A)the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands— 12 that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

Christ Our Peace

14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one (B)new man from the two, thus making peace, 16 and that He might (C)reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby (D)putting to death the enmity. 17 And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. 18 For (E)through Him we both have access (F)by one Spirit to the Father.

Christ Our Cornerstone

19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been (G)built (H)on the foundation of the (I)apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being (J)the chief cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into (K)a holy temple in the Lord, 22 (L)in whom you also are being built together for a (M)dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

The Mystery Revealed

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles— if indeed you have heard of the [a]dispensation of the grace of God (N)which was given to me for you, (O)how that by revelation (P)He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: that the Gentiles (Q)should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, (R)of which I became a minister (S)according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by (T)the effective working of His power.

Purpose of the Mystery

To me, (U)who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles (V)the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the [b]fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who (W)created all things [c]through Jesus Christ; 10 (X)to the intent that now (Y)the [d]manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church (Z)to the [e]principalities and powers in the heavenly places, 11 (AA)according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we have boldness and access (AB)with confidence through faith in Him. 13 (AC)Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, (AD)which is your glory.

Appreciation of the Mystery

14 For this reason I bow my knees to the (AE)Father [f]of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 that He would grant you, (AF)according to the riches of His glory, (AG)to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in (AH)the inner man, 17 (AI)that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, (AJ)being rooted and grounded in love, 18 (AK)may be able to comprehend with all the saints (AL)what is the width and length and depth and height— 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled (AM)with all the fullness of God.

20 Now (AN)to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly (AO)above all that we ask or think, (AP)according to the power that works in us, 21 (AQ)to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Walk in Unity

I, therefore, the prisoner [g]of the Lord, [h]beseech you to (AR)walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit (AS)in the bond of peace. (AT)There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; (AU)one Lord, (AV)one faith, (AW)one baptism; (AX)one God and Father of all, who is above all, and (AY)through all, and in [i]you all.

Spiritual Gifts

But (AZ)to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore He says:

(BA)“When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to men.”

(BB)(Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also [j]first descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He who descended is also the One (BC)who ascended far above all the heavens, (BD)that He might fill all things.)

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, (BE)for the [k]edifying of (BF)the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith (BG)and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to (BH)a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be (BI)children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of (BJ)deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the (BK)head—Christ— 16 (BL)from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

The New Man

17 This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should (BM)no longer walk as [l]the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, 18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the (BN)blindness of their heart; 19 (BO)who, being past feeling, (BP)have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

20 But you have not so learned Christ, 21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 that you (BQ)put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, 23 and (BR)be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24 and that you (BS)put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Do Not Grieve the Spirit

25 Therefore, putting away lying, (BT)Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for (BU)we are members of one another. 26 (BV)“Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, 27 (BW)nor give [m]place to the devil. 28 Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather (BX)let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something (BY)to give him who has need. 29 (BZ)Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but (CA)what is good for necessary [n]edification, (CB)that it may impart grace to the hearers. 30 And (CC)do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 (CD)Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, [o]clamor, and (CE)evil speaking be put away from you, (CF)with all malice. 32 And (CG)be kind to one another, tenderhearted, (CH)forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Walk in Love

Therefore(CI) be imitators of God as dear (CJ)children. And (CK)walk in love, (CL)as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God (CM)for a sweet-smelling aroma.

But fornication and all (CN)uncleanness or (CO)covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; (CP)neither filthiness, nor (CQ)foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, (CR)which are not fitting, but rather (CS)giving of thanks. For [p]this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any (CT)inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be (CU)partakers with them.

Walk in Light

For you were once darkness, but now you are (CV)light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for (CW)the fruit of the [q]Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), 10 (CX)finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. 11 And have (CY)no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather [r]expose them. 12 (CZ)For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. 13 But (DA)all things that are [s]exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. 14 Therefore He says:

(DB)“Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light.”

Walk in Wisdom

15 (DC)See then that you walk [t]circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 (DD)redeeming the time, (DE)because the days are evil.

17 (DF)Therefore do not be unwise, but (DG)understand (DH)what the will of the Lord is. 18 And (DI)do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another (DJ)in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making (DK)melody in your heart to the Lord, 20 (DL)giving thanks always for all things to God the Father (DM)in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, 21 (DN)submitting to one another in the fear of [u]God.

Marriage—Christ and the Church(DO)

22 Wives, (DP)submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For (DQ)the husband is head of the wife, as also (DR)Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. 24 Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands (DS)in everything.

25 (DT)Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and (DU)gave Himself for her, 26 that He might [v]sanctify and cleanse her (DV)with the washing of water (DW)by the word, 27 (DX)that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, (DY)not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. 28 So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. 30 For (DZ)we are members of His body, [w]of His flesh and of His bones. 31 (EA)“For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the (EB)two shall become one flesh.” 32 This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church. 33 Nevertheless (EC)let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she (ED)respects her husband.

Children and Parents(EE)

Children, (EF)obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. (EG)“Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: “that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.”

And (EH)you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but (EI)bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.

Bondservants and Masters

(EJ)Bondservants, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, (EK)with fear and trembling, (EL)in sincerity of heart, as to Christ; (EM)not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as bondservants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, with goodwill doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men, (EN)knowing that whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free.

And you, masters, do the same things to them, giving up threatening, knowing that [x]your own (EO)Master also is in heaven, and (EP)there is no partiality with Him.

The Whole Armor of God

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 (EQ)Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [y]wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against (ER)principalities, against powers, against (ES)the rulers of [z]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 (ET)Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand (EU)in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, (EV)having girded your waist with truth, (EW)having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 (EX)and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking (EY)the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And (EZ)take the helmet of salvation, and (FA)the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 (FB)praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, (FC)being watchful to this end with all perseverance and (FD)supplication for all the saints— 19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, (FE)that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which (FF)I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

A Gracious Greeting

21 But that you also may know my affairs and how I am doing, (FG)Tychicus, a beloved brother and (FH)faithful minister in the Lord, will make all things known to you; 22 (FI)whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know our affairs, and that he may (FJ)comfort your hearts.

23 Peace to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

Jew and Gentile Reconciled Through Christ

11 Therefore, remember that formerly(A) you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “the circumcision” (which is done in the body by human hands)(B) 12 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners(C) to the covenants of the promise,(D) without hope(E) and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once(F) were far away have been brought near(G) by the blood of Christ.(H)

14 For he himself is our peace,(I) who has made the two groups one(J) and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by setting aside in his flesh(K) the law with its commands and regulations.(L) His purpose was to create in himself one(M) new humanity out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross,(N) by which he put to death their hostility. 17 He came and preached peace(O) to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.(P) 18 For through him we both have access(Q) to the Father(R) by one Spirit.(S)

19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers,(T) but fellow citizens(U) with God’s people and also members of his household,(V) 20 built(W) on the foundation(X) of the apostles and prophets,(Y) with Christ Jesus himself(Z) as the chief cornerstone.(AA) 21 In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple(AB) in the Lord. 22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.(AC)

God’s Marvelous Plan for the Gentiles

For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner(AD) of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles—

Surely you have heard about the administration of God’s grace that was given to me(AE) for you, that is, the mystery(AF) made known to me by revelation,(AG) as I have already written briefly. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight(AH) into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets.(AI) This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs(AJ) together with Israel, members together of one body,(AK) and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.(AL)

I became a servant of this gospel(AM) by the gift of God’s grace given me(AN) through the working of his power.(AO) Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people,(AP) this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles(AQ) the boundless riches of Christ,(AR) and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery,(AS) which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. 10 His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God(AT) should be made known(AU) to the rulers and authorities(AV) in the heavenly realms,(AW) 11 according to his eternal purpose(AX) that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. 12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God(AY) with freedom and confidence.(AZ) 13 I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.

A Prayer for the Ephesians

14 For this reason I kneel(BA) before the Father, 15 from whom every family[a] in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches(BB) he may strengthen you with power(BC) through his Spirit in your inner being,(BD) 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts(BE) through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted(BF) and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people,(BG) to grasp how wide and long and high and deep(BH) is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge(BI)—that you may be filled(BJ) to the measure of all the fullness of God.(BK)

20 Now to him who is able(BL) to do immeasurably more than all we ask(BM) or imagine, according to his power(BN) that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.(BO)

Unity and Maturity in the Body of Christ

As a prisoner(BP) for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy(BQ) of the calling(BR) you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another(BS) in love.(BT) Make every effort to keep the unity(BU) of the Spirit through the bond of peace.(BV) There is one body(BW) and one Spirit,(BX) just as you were called to one hope when you were called(BY); one Lord,(BZ) one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all,(CA) who is over all and through all and in all.(CB)

But to each one of us(CC) grace(CD) has been given(CE) as Christ apportioned it. This is why it[b] says:

“When he ascended on high,
    he took many captives(CF)
and gave gifts to his people.”[c](CG)

(What does “he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions[d]? 10 He who descended is the very one who ascended(CH) higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.)(CI) 11 So Christ himself gave(CJ) the apostles,(CK) the prophets,(CL) the evangelists,(CM) the pastors and teachers,(CN) 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ(CO) may be built up(CP) 13 until we all reach unity(CQ) in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God(CR) and become mature,(CS) attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.(CT)

14 Then we will no longer be infants,(CU) tossed back and forth by the waves,(CV) and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming.(CW) 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love,(CX) we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head,(CY) that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows(CZ) and builds itself up(DA) in love,(DB) as each part does its work.

Instructions for Christian Living

17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer(DC) live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.(DD) 18 They are darkened in their understanding(DE) and separated from the life of God(DF) because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.(DG) 19 Having lost all sensitivity,(DH) they have given themselves over(DI) to sensuality(DJ) so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.

20 That, however, is not the way of life you learned 21 when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. 22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off(DK) your old self,(DL) which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;(DM) 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds;(DN) 24 and to put on(DO) the new self,(DP) created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.(DQ)

25 Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully(DR) to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.(DS) 26 “In your anger do not sin”[e]:(DT) Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 and do not give the devil a foothold.(DU) 28 Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work,(DV) doing something useful with their own hands,(DW) that they may have something to share with those in need.(DX)

29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,(DY) but only what is helpful for building others up(DZ) according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God,(EA) with whom you were sealed(EB) for the day of redemption.(EC) 31 Get rid of(ED) all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.(EE) 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another,(EF) forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.(EG) Follow God’s example,(EH) therefore, as dearly loved children(EI) and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us(EJ) and gave himself up for us(EK) as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.(EL)

But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality,(EM) or of any kind of impurity, or of greed,(EN) because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk(EO) or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.(EP) For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater(EQ)—has any inheritance(ER) in the kingdom of Christ and of God.[f](ES) Let no one deceive you(ET) with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath(EU) comes on those who are disobedient.(EV) Therefore do not be partners with them.

For you were once(EW) darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light(EX) (for the fruit(EY) of the light consists in all goodness,(EZ) righteousness and truth) 10 and find out what pleases the Lord.(FA) 11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness,(FB) but rather expose them. 12 It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. 13 But everything exposed by the light(FC) becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light. 14 This is why it is said:

“Wake up, sleeper,(FD)
    rise from the dead,(FE)
and Christ will shine on you.”(FF)

15 Be very careful, then, how you live(FG)—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity,(FH) because the days are evil.(FI) 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.(FJ) 18 Do not get drunk on wine,(FK) which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit,(FL) 19 speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit.(FM) Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, 20 always giving thanks(FN) to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Instructions for Christian Households(FO)

21 Submit to one another(FP) out of reverence for Christ.

22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands(FQ) as you do to the Lord.(FR) 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church,(FS) his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands(FT) in everything.

25 Husbands, love your wives,(FU) just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her(FV) 26 to make her holy,(FW) cleansing[g] her by the washing(FX) with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself(FY) as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.(FZ) 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives(GA) as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— 30 for we are members of his body.(GB) 31 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.”[h](GC) 32 This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33 However, each one of you also must love his wife(GD) as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.(GE) “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”[i](GF)

Fathers,[j] do not exasperate your children;(GG) instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.(GH)

Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect(GI) and fear, and with sincerity of heart,(GJ) just as you would obey Christ.(GK) Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ,(GL) doing the will of God from your heart. Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people,(GM) because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do,(GN) whether they are slave or free.

And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours(GO) is in heaven, and there is no favoritism(GP) with him.

The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord(GQ) and in his mighty power.(GR) 11 Put on the full armor of God,(GS) so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,(GT) but against the rulers, against the authorities,(GU) against the powers(GV) of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.(GW) 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God,(GX) so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist,(GY) with the breastplate of righteousness in place,(GZ) 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.(HA) 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith,(HB) with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.(HC) 17 Take the helmet of salvation(HD) and the sword of the Spirit,(HE) which is the word of God.(HF)

18 And pray in the Spirit(HG) on all occasions(HH) with all kinds of prayers and requests.(HI) With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying(HJ) for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me,(HK) that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly(HL) make known the mystery(HM) of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador(HN) in chains.(HO) Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

Final Greetings

21 Tychicus,(HP) the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. 22 I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are,(HQ) and that he may encourage you.(HR)

23 Peace(HS) to the brothers and sisters,[k] and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.[l]
