Deuteronomy 22:17-19

17 and behold, he has charged her with shameful deeds, saying, “I did not find your daughter a virgin.” But [a]this is the evidence of my daughter’s virginity.’ And they shall spread the garment before the elders of the city. 18 So (A)the elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him, 19 and they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give it to the girl’s father, because he [b]publicly defamed a virgin of Israel. And she shall remain his wife; he cannot [c]divorce her all his days.

Deuteronomy 22:17-19
New International Version
17 Now he has slandered her and said, ‘I did not find your daughter to be a virgin.’ But here is the proof of my daughter’s virginity.” Then her parents shall display the cloth before the elders of the town, 18 and the elders(A) shall take the man and punish him. 19 They shall fine him a hundred shekels[a] of silver and give them to the young woman’s father, because this man has given an Israelite virgin a bad name. She shall continue to be his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.
