Deuteronomy 22:17-19
1599 Geneva Bible
17 And lo, he layeth slanderous things unto her charge, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid: lo, these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity: and they shall spread the [a]vesture before the Elders of the city.
18 Then the Elders of the city shall take that man and chastise him,
19 And shall condemn him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father [b]of the maid, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a maid of Israel: and she shall be his wife, and he may not put her away all his life.

New International Version
17 Now he has slandered her and said, ‘I did not find your daughter to be a virgin.’ But here is the proof of my daughter’s virginity.” Then her parents shall display the cloth before the elders of the town, 18 and the elders(A) shall take the man and punish him. 19 They shall fine him a hundred shekels[a] of silver and give them to the young woman’s father, because this man has given an Israelite virgin a bad name. She shall continue to be his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.
