28 Why should we go up? Our brothers have frightened us by saying, ‘The people are larger and taller than we are. The cities have great walls that reach up into the heavens. Moreover, there are the sons of the Anakim,[a] we have seen them there.’ ”
29 But I said to them, “Do not be afraid of them! 30 The Lord, your God, marches before you. He will fight for you, just as he did on your behalf in Egypt, as you yourselves have seen.

28 Where can we go? Our brothers have made our hearts melt in fear. They say, ‘The people are stronger and taller(A) than we are; the cities are large, with walls up to the sky. We even saw the Anakites(B) there.’”
