²⁰ Moreover, ^(A)the Lord your God will send hornets among them, until those who are left and hide themselves from you are destroyed.

¹² And I sent ^(A)the hornet before you, which drove them out before you, the two kings of the Amorites; it was ^(B)not by your sword or by your bow.

²⁸ And ^(A)I will send hornets^[a] before you, which shall drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites from before you. ^29 (B)I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate and the wild beasts multiply against you. ³⁰ Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased and possess the land.
