⁶ And ^(A)the Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring, ^(B)so that you will love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.

²⁶ And I will give you ^(A)a new heart, and ^(B)a new spirit I will put within you. ^(C)And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. ^27 (D)And I will put my Spirit within you, ^(E)and cause you to walk in my statutes and ^(F)be careful to obey my rules.^[a]

¹⁶ Circumcise therefore ^(A)the foreskin of your heart, and be no longer ^(B)stubborn.

^19 (A)And I will give them one heart, and ^(B)a new spirit I will put within them. ^(C)I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh ^(D)and give them a heart of flesh, ^20 (E)that they may walk in my statutes and keep my rules and obey them. ^(F)And they shall be my people, and I will be their God.

^39 (A)I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, ^(B)for their own good and the good of their children after them.

²⁸ For ^(A)no one is a Jew ^(B)who is merely one outwardly, nor is circumcision outward and physical. ²⁹ But a Jew is one ^(C)inwardly, and ^(D)circumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter. ^(E)His praise is not from man but from God.

¹¹ In him also ^(A)you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by ^(B)putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,

³ For ^(A)this is the love of God, that we ^(B)keep his commandments. And ^(C)his commandments are not burdensome. ⁴ For ^(D)everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—^(E)our faith.
