¹⁰ “If any man among you becomes ^(A)unclean because of a nocturnal emission, then he shall go outside the camp. He shall not come inside the camp,

^16 (A)“If a man has an emission of semen, he shall bathe his whole body in water and be unclean until the evening.

² “Command the people of Israel that they ^(A)put out of the camp everyone who is leprous^[a] or has ^(B)a discharge and everyone who is ^(C)unclean through contact with the dead. ³ You shall put out both male and female, putting them outside the camp, that they may not defile their camp, ^(D)in the midst of which I dwell.”

¹¹ But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone ^(A)who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one. ¹² For what have I to do with judging ^(B)outsiders? ^(C)Is it not those inside the church^[a] whom you are to judge? ¹³ God judges^[b] those outside. ^(D)“Purge the evil person from among you.”
