¹⁰ You shall give to him freely, and ^(A)your heart shall not be grudging when you give to him, because ^(B)for this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you undertake.

¹⁶ Do not neglect to do good and ^(A)to share what you have, for such ^(B)sacrifices are pleasing to God.

²⁹ And the Levite, because ^(A)he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled, that ^(B)the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.

¹⁸ They are to do good, ^(A)to be rich in good works, to be generous and ^(B)ready to share, ¹⁹ thus ^(C)storing up treasure for themselves as a good foundation for the future, so that they may ^(D)take hold of ^(E)that which is truly life.

^19 (A)“When you reap your harvest in your field and forget a sheaf in the field, you shall not go back to get it. It shall be for the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, ^(B)that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

¹⁸ I have received full payment, and more. I am well supplied, ^(A)having received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent, ^(B)a fragrant offering, ^(C)a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to God. ¹⁹ And my God ^(D)will supply every need of yours ^(E)according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
