^32 (A)and you shall be driven from among men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. And you shall be made to eat grass like an ox, and seven periods of time shall pass over you, ^(B)until you know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will.”

^21 (A)He was driven from among the children of mankind, and his mind was made like that of a beast, and his dwelling was with the wild donkeys. He was fed grass like an ox, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, ^(B)until he knew that the ^(C)Most High God rules the kingdom of mankind and sets over it whom he will.

⁵ “It is I who ^(A)by my great power and my outstretched arm ^(B)have made the earth, with the men and animals that are on the earth, ^(C)and I give it to whomever it seems right to me.

^24 (A)so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the hand of the Lord is ^(B)mighty, that you may ^(C)fear the Lord your God forever.”^[a]

²⁹ Moses said to him, “As soon as I have gone out of the city, ^(A)I will stretch out my hands to the Lord. The thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail, so that you may know that ^(B)the earth is the Lord's.

¹⁰ And he said, “Tomorrow.” Moses said, “Be it as you say, so ^(A)that you may know that ^(B)there is no one like the Lord our God.

^25 (A)that you shall be driven from among men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. You shall be made ^(B)to eat grass like an ox, and you shall be wet with the dew of heaven, and ^(C)seven periods of time shall pass over you, till ^(D)you know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will. ²⁶ And as it was commanded ^(E)to leave the stump of the roots of the tree, your kingdom shall be confirmed for you from the time that you know that Heaven rules.
