18 All this is from God, (A)who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us (B)the ministry of reconciliation;19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling[a] the world to himself, (C)not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us (D)the message of reconciliation.20 Therefore, (E)we are ambassadors for Christ, (F)God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.21 (G)For our sake he made him to be sin (H)who knew no sin, so that in him we might become (I)the righteousness of God.
9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that (A)God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.10 In this is love, (B)not that we have loved God (C)but that he loved us and sent his Son to be (D)the propitiation for our sins.
21 (A)And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, (B)doing evil deeds,22 he has now reconciled (C)in his body of flesh by his death, (D)in order to present you holy and blameless and (E)above reproach before him,
13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were (A)far off have been brought near (B)by the blood of Christ.14 For (C)he himself is our peace, (D)who has made us both one and has broken down (E)in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility15 by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in (F)ordinances, that he might create in himself one (G)new man in place of the two, so making peace,16 and might (H)reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility.17 And he came and (I)preached peace to you who were (J)far off and peace to those who were (K)near.
6 (A)For to us a child is born, to us (B)a son is given; (C)and the government shall be (D)upon[a] his shoulder, and his name shall be called[b] Wonderful (E)Counselor, (F)Mighty God, (G)Everlasting (H)Father, Prince of (I)Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and of peace (J)there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it (K)with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. (L)The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.
17 Therefore he had (A)to be made like his brothers in every respect, (B)so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest (C)in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
20 Now (A)may the God of peace (B)who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, (C)the great shepherd of the sheep, by (D)the blood of the eternal covenant,21 (E)equip you with everything good that you may do his will, (F)working in us[a] that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, (G)to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
9 (A)Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! (B)Behold, (C)your king is coming to you; righteous and having salvation is he, (D)humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey. 10 (E)I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and (F)the war horse from Jerusalem; and the battle bow shall be cut off, and (G)he shall speak peace to the nations; (H)his rule shall be from sea to sea, and from (I)the River[a] to the ends of the earth.
10 (A)Steadfast love and faithfulness meet; (B)righteousness and peace kiss each other. 11 Faithfulness springs up from the ground, and righteousness looks down from the sky.
