4 Amos, hagan lo que es justo y equitativo con sus siervos, sabiendo que también tienen un amo[a] en los cielos.
La oración y el testimonio personal
2 Perseveren siempre en la oración, vigilando en ella con acción de gracias. 3 A la vez, oren también por nosotros a fin de que el Señor nos abra una puerta para la palabra para comunicar el misterio de Cristo, por lo cual estoy aún preso. 4 Oren para que yo lo presente con claridad, como me es preciso hablar.
5 Anden sabiamente para con los de afuera, redimiendo el tiempo. 6 Que la palabra de ustedes sea siempre agradable, sazonada con sal, para que sepan cómo les conviene responder a cada uno.
La misión de Tíquico y Onésimo
7 Todos mis asuntos se los hará saber Tíquico, hermano amado, fiel ministro y consiervo en el Señor. 8 Lo envío a ustedes con este fin: para que conozcan nuestros asuntos[b] y para que él anime sus corazones. 9 Lo envío con Onésimo, el fiel y amado hermano, quien es uno de ustedes. Ellos les informarán de todo lo que pasa aquí.
Saludos finales
10 Los saludan Aristarco, prisionero conmigo; Marcos, el primo de Bernabé (ya han recibido instrucciones acerca de él; si va a ustedes, recíbanle) 11 y Jesús, llamado Justo. Ellos son los únicos de la circuncisión que son colaboradores conmigo en el reino de Dios y que me han servido de consuelo. 12 Los saluda Epafras, quien es uno de ustedes, siervo de Cristo, siempre solícito por ustedes en oración, para que estén firmes como hombres maduros y completamente entregados a toda la voluntad de Dios. 13 Porque doy testimonio de él, de que tiene gran celo por ustedes, por los de Laodicea y por los de Hierápolis. 14 Los saludan Lucas, el médico amado, y Demas.
15 Saluden a los hermanos que están en Laodicea: a Ninfa y a la iglesia que está en su casa. 16 Cuando esta carta haya sido leída entre ustedes, hagan que se lea también en la iglesia de los laodicenses; y la de Laodicea léanla también ustedes.
17 Digan a Arquipo: “Cuida el ministerio que has recibido del Señor, para que lo cumplas”.
18 Ahora, la salutación de mi propia mano, de Pablo. Acuérdense de mis prisiones. La gracia sea con ustedes[c].

2 Perseverad en la oración, velando en ella con acción de gracias; 3 orando también al mismo tiempo por nosotros, para que el Señor nos abra puerta para la palabra, a fin de dar a conocer el misterio de Cristo, por el cual también estoy preso, 4 para que lo manifieste como debo hablar.
5 Andad sabiamente para con los de afuera, redimiendo el tiempo.(B) 6 Sea vuestra palabra siempre con gracia, sazonada con sal, para que sepáis cómo debéis responder a cada uno.

7 Todo lo que a mí se refiere, os lo hará saber Tíquico,(C) amado hermano y fiel ministro y consiervo en el Señor, 8 el cual he enviado a vosotros para esto mismo, para que conozca lo que a vosotros se refiere, y conforte vuestros corazones,(D) 9 con Onésimo,(E) amado y fiel hermano, que es uno de vosotros. 2 Devote yourselves to prayer,(B) being watchful and thankful. 3 And pray for us, too, that God may open a door(C) for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery(D) of Christ, for which I am in chains.(E) 4 Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. 5 Be wise(F) in the way you act toward outsiders;(G) make the most of every opportunity.(H) 6 Let your conversation be always full of grace,(I) seasoned with salt,(J) so that you may know how to answer everyone.(K)
Final Greetings
7 Tychicus(L) will tell you all the news about me. He is a dear brother, a faithful minister and fellow servant[a](M) in the Lord. 8 I am sending him to you for the express purpose that you may know about our[b] circumstances and that he may encourage your hearts.(N) 9 He is coming with Onesimus,(O) our faithful and dear brother, who is one of you.(P) They will tell you everything that is happening here.
10 My fellow prisoner Aristarchus(Q) sends you his greetings, as does Mark,(R) the cousin of Barnabas.(S) (You have received instructions about him; if he comes to you, welcome him.) 11 Jesus, who is called Justus, also sends greetings. These are the only Jews[c] among my co-workers(T) for the kingdom of God, and they have proved a comfort to me. 12 Epaphras,(U) who is one of you(V) and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings.
