²⁷ But the man who was wronging his neighbor thrust him aside, saying, ^(A)‘Who made you a ruler and a judge over us?

³⁵ “This Moses, whom they rejected, ^(A)saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’—this man God sent as both ruler and redeemer ^(B)by the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush.

¹⁴ But he said to him, ^(A)“Man, ^(B)who made me a judge or arbitrator over you?”

⁵⁴ Now when they heard these things ^(A)they were enraged, and they ^(B)ground their teeth at him.

³⁹ Our fathers refused to obey him, but thrust him aside, and ^(A)in their hearts they turned to Egypt,

³³ When they heard this, they ^(A)were enraged and wanted to kill them.

^11 (A)This Jesus^[a] is the stone that was ^(B)rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone.^{[b] 12} And there is ^(C)salvation ^(D)in no one else, for ^(E)there is no other ^(F)name under heaven given among men^[c] by which we must be saved.”

⁷ And when they had set them in the midst, they inquired, ^(A)“By what power or ^(B)by what name did you do this?”

^13 (A)The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, ^(B)the God of our fathers, ^(C)glorified his servant^[a] Jesus, whom ^(D)you delivered over and ^(E)denied in the presence of Pilate, ^(F)when he had decided to release him. ¹⁴ But you denied ^(G)the Holy and ^(H)Righteous One, and ^(I)asked for a murderer to be granted to you, ¹⁵ and you killed ^(J)the Author of life, ^(K)whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses.
